Lyndal has been working with the LIFT project (Life Impact Foundation, Thailand) for two decades. LIFT runs HIV/ AIDS and drug education programs in schools, Thai communities, and detention centres. LIFT’s goal is to keep orphaned children ‘in school, in a family, and in a community’ through community development projects. Their target group are women and children affected by HIV/AIDS, but LIFT also help children and others in need. In particular LIFT’s target group are the Ethnic Thai around the Chiang Rai area.
