Mat and Shannon Anderson, Central Australia [Global Interaction – GIA]
Mat and Shannon Anderson and their four children, Beth (7) Peter (6) Caleb (3) and Samuel (3) are based in Yuendumu, Northern Territory as part of the ongoing work of Global Interaction in Outback Australia. They arrived on the field in October 2018 and will be finishing their first term on the field in 2021. Their first term has been focused on building relationships, learning and observing. They have taken part in some language study, and have continued to deepen their cultural awareness.
Their hope is to see the churches in the outback continue to grow and flourish as people’s lives are changed by the gospel and as people walk Jesus’ way through life. They have a deep passion to see future generations reached with the gospel in their community.
